You shamed me into posting.

You know who you are. Go ahead, make fun of me.

But while you were heckling me - I was at home welcoming Mark home from a 2.5 week trip :) Nuff Said.

I am back at work now. And also not sleeping well again. Somehow I think the two are related. I slept fine up until the night before I had to come back to work. Now I am here, sleep deprived, and very, very grumpy.

But I do have some good news to report. I finally did it. I gave up Coke. No really. It has been over 2 weeks since I have had a Coke. And I have only had two glasses of Sweet Tea in those two weeks. The results............ 6, woohooooo, 6lbs lost!

And I owe it all to my little friend Coke Zero! No, it does not taste like Coke. But it also does not have the nasty after taste of Diet Coke. Sure, I am probably slowly killing myself with all of the chemicals, but maybe by the time it kills me I will be skinny. And that's all that matters!
